Totally made from Pinus radiata.  This lamp stands 570mm high and is 260mm diameter. The shade was wet-turned to about 2mm thickness.  All parts came from the same log and are finished with spray lacquer.

Made from Sycamore, Totara Burl and Green Kauri. 

140mm High and 95mm wide. The three feet and button (rare green kauri)

are tenoned and glued onto the piece. Like wise the

3 faceted knob attached to the Totara Burl Lid.

 

The All Rounder Pohutukawa Spoon

This has a flat side to scrape the sides of pots the other side rounded for scraping mixing bowl. It has a semi flat bottom nose for making sauces and large scalloped face for tasting.
